ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
QUALIFICATION:-
BE/B.Tech (Civil Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical /Materials Engineering)
ME/M.Tech (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical /Materials Engineering)
with minimum 60% marks throughout the academic years. Candidates graduating in 2011 (currently in VII semester can also apply)
AGE LIMIT:-
B.E/ B.Tech candidates born on or after Jan 01, 1986
M.E/ M.Tech candidates born on or after Jan 01, 1984.
Candidates having NTPI degree will be given due weightage for power projects.
The selection of the candidates will be through a Written test (Domain Test + Aptitude Test), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Written test will be conducted offline at the following 16 test centers .Domain test consists the question from subjects which studied in engineering level.
TEST CENTERS:-
Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Bhubaneshwar, Raipur, Ranchi, Nagpur, Lucknow, Bhopal, Jaipur & Varanasi.
HOW TO APPLY:-
Eligible and interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria would be required to apply online only through JSPL website www.jindalsteelpower.com .no other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates are required to apply online. Stamped copy of the SBI Challan Form/ Pay in Slip of Rs.500 paid as examination fee with Journal Number and Branch Code. Soft copy of Passport Size Photograph to be uploaded during online registration. Closing date for online registration: 24th September 2010.
Before online registration of the application on the website candidates should possess the following :-
1) Stamped copy of SBI challan / pay in slip of RS. 500 paid as examination fee with the journal no and branch code (Rs 25 additional to be paid to SBI as Bank Charges) (SBI challan / Pay in slip copy is available on the website)
2); Valid e-mail ID
3). Soft copy of passport size photograph to be uploaded during online registration.
